What Gina’s patients have to say
“Before I went to see Gina, I was nervous and did not know much about pelvic floor therapy or what to expect. The words internal and external exam scared me and I was sure i would hate every minute. In fact, it was just the opposite with Gina. She made me feel so comfortable and walked me through every step without any pressure. I led my own path with comfort and consent. Gina surprised me at every appointment with her knowledge of new subjects in her field and new skills she provided me to use in my day to day life. She encorporated OT practices and massage, as well as breathing and relaxation into my course of treatment and explained how everything related to the core and pelvis. I feel my pelvis and core and my mental wellbeing have benefited so much from Gina's care and compassion. I would 100% recommend pelvic floor therapy to everyone, men, women, kids, anyone who has a pelvis and i would 1000% recommend Gina.” - G. M.
“Working with Gina was truly life-changing. From the very first visit, she was warm, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped me address my initial postpartum recovery concerns and also guided me through other issues I didn’t even realize could be improved—changes that significantly enhanced my overall quality of life and the quality of my partnered sex life. Gina creates a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering, and her expertise is immediately evident. I am incredibly grateful to have found her and cannot recommend her highly enough. Working with Gina was worth every penny and then some.” A.K.
I cannot recommend Gina enough! Working with her through telemedicine has been an incredible experience. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard.
Each week, I noticed real progress—not only with my specific pelvic issues, but also in how I manage stress and intentionally breathe through challenging situations. Gina has a way of breaking things down so they feel approachable and achievable, even in a virtual setting.
What stands out most is how she communicates. She creates such a safe, open environment where I feel comfortable discussing anything without hesitation. Her encouragement, knowledge, and genuine care make every session meaningful and productive.
If you’re considering pelvic floor therapy, I would recommend Gina to anyone without hesitation. She is exceptional at what she does!” - D. B.
“I am so grateful to have found a safe space to breathe, practice, and learn new strategies to relax my pelvic floor muscles. I didn't really know pelvic floor therapy existed until my doctor recommended I look into it for pain management. Anything doctor related makes me extremely anxious, so it was a relief to find a place and practitioner I feel comfortable with. Gina has been amazing to work with - supportive, knowledgeable, and calming. I have been learning to breathe better and just more about my body and how small changes can have impact on my overall pelvic wellness.” - J. Y.
“Gina is an incredibly skilled provider who creates a safe and welcoming space for all. She is thorough in her assessments, explains concepts in realistic and approachable ways, and uses gentle touch during treatments. I have benefitted greatly from working with Gina. Anyone is lucky to have her as a provider.” - M. A. B.
“Working with Gina has been unlike any experience I’ve ever had with a provider. She creates a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment that makes talking about uncomfortable topics feel like you are just making small talk with a friend. She cares deeply for her patients and her passion for spreading awareness about pelvic health is obvious. She always took my concerns seriously and I never felt dismissed or invalidated. The world needs more providers like Gina.” - N. A.
“Gina is absolutely incredible with ALL that she does in the realm of pelvic health. She brings such a warmth and sense of safety to every situation and is someone to seriously consider going to with any type of bowel, bladder, and sexual health concern. I feel honored to have worked with and learned from her! Highly recommend.” - K. S.
“I have had pelvic floor issues for as long as I can remember and tried many different treatment options. I was always left feeling disappointed, misunderstood, and discouraged. Within my first session with Gina, I felt validated, safe, and finally hopeful. She is extremely knowledgeable and taught me so many things about myself that I did not know. She has supported me through my journey with compassion and patience. Gina offered me a safe space, both physically and emotionally, that helped me make more progress than I’d ever thought possible.” - C. W.
“Working with Gina has been incredibly helpful during my pregnancy journey! Gina is very attentive, makes every session personable and specific to what my needs are that week, and offers her support in between sessions as well if I ever have questions. I have already felt improvement in my breathing exercises, bladder control and stretches, and have gained a new outlook on controlling my bladder and breathing techniques. Gina is fantastic and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a pelvic floor expert, especially during pregnancy. She will ease your anxiety and make you feel comfortable throughout your pelvic floor journey!! Thank you, Gina!” - K. M.
“I’ve been working with Gina for the better part of two months now, and I am so glad I found her. I was diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction earlier this year and after 8 weeks of physical therapy provided only minimal improvements at best, I was feeling pretty discouraged when I made the decision to switch to OT. Right from my first session with Gina, though, I started regaining hope. Not only did she listen so well and with such kindness, but she really seemed to understand what I was experiencing and helped me understand it as well. She had also already put together a folder of information and resources for me to take home on day one based off my intake forms (which I still refer to frequently) and continues to expand on this resource library each time we meet. Unlike PT, I feel my sessions with Gina are totally personalized and I am an active participant in deciding what we focus on each day. I still have a lot of work to do, but I am actively seeing digestive improvements and growing so much more awareness of my body.
Gina also has a wonderful way with folks like me who struggle with significant anxiety issues and honors how important addressing that is as well.
While I certainly wish I didn’t have to go through this treatment process at all, having the guidance and support of Gina makes all the difference.” - A. G.
“I’m 24 and have pelvic floor pain dysfunction. I have discomfort and pain most days and with most activities and just generally . I started seeing Gina and I have loved being in her care! She holds herself with such grace, makes me feel incredibly comfortable and safe in her care. She is an extremely capable OT. I have experienced a decrease in my symptoms, gained tools for dealing with symptoms and learned a lot from her during our sessions.” - A. K.
“Have had fantastic sessions with Gina. I felt incredibly safe and appreciated the education and very practical and useful tips she gave me to help me maximize the work we did in our session. I have been very happy with my progress I've made. Highly recommend working with her!!” - K. B.
“Gina was a pivotal person in my care and healing after my hysterectomy. I was referred to the clinic she was working at, and feel fortunate she was my heal care specialist. She taught me proper belly breathing and exercises. Helped with scar treatment and sexual discomfort techniques. I returned to see her after a few months because of a sore tailbone. I didn’t realize this could be from the hysterectomy too. Gina has a unique way of working with clients to help them understand issues as well as ways to overcome them. Gina showed me the position of my tailbone by using clay to visually explain. Simple and effective. She has a tight touch and I felt safe under her care.” J. D.
“Working with Gina as my pelvic floor therapist during pregnancy and postpartum was one of the most empowering decisions I made for my health in recent years. From our very first session, it was clear to me that she approaches her work with genuine curiosity and care—always asking thoughtful questions to understand the root causes behind what I was experiencing, rather than just addressing symptoms. She never rushed through our sessions, and her ability to truly listen made me feel seen and supported at a time when so much was changing in my body and life.
Beyond her clinical expertise, Gina brings a warmth and gentleness that makes it incredibly easy to open up and talk about deeply personal health concerns. She's incredibly sweet and approachable, which made even the most vulnerable conversations feel safe. Her guidance helped me not only recover physically, but also gain a much deeper understanding of how pelvic floor health connects to my overall wellness—emotionally, hormonally, and functionally. I walked away from each session feeling stronger, more informed, and more connected to my own body. I can't recommend her highly enough.
While I worked with Gina during a very specific chapter—pregnancy and postpartum—I was constantly impressed by the breadth of her knowledge and the thoughtful, adaptable way she responded to my evolving needs. It’s clear that she draws from deep expertise to support clients with a wide range of pelvic floor challenges. Just because she helped me so profoundly in one context doesn’t mean her skills are limited to that—she has the insight and flexibility to meet people wherever they are in their journey. Highly recommend my sessions with Gina! - T. H.
“My experience with Gina was so great! She made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked into her office. I had grade 2 prolapse about a year after my second baby was born and was recommended to go see her by a friend. I was regularly working out, but wasn't able to connect to my pelvic floor properly, in turn making the issue worse. She helped me with exercises that restored my mind muscle connection and now I'm symptom free! I can't recommend her enough. She restored my confidence!” - B. L.
“Healthcare is so often filled with dead-ends and practitioners who couldn't care less but Gina is the exact opposite: She is always learning/bring up new techniques and therapies and adjusting her practice to the unique needs of each client. I love the curiosity (and skill!) that Gina brings to the table. I have had dyspareunia since I was 15 but have avoided seeking formal help for years because of re-traumatizing experiences with healthcare professionals. Since I started seeing Gina in September I have seen loads of progress. My chronic nerve pain has abated and so has my dyspareunia. ” - J. D.
“Gina was amazing and helped alleviate my spasms. Don’t hesitate to book an appointment 💙” - A. B.
“I had been struggling with my pelvic floor issues for years and seen many different practitioners. If you’re reading this review, then you probably know that having pelvic floor dysfunction is extremely isolating. I felt hopeless about any improvement with my condition. Now, I feel so proud of my progress and the growth I’ve had.
Working with Gina this past year has been an absolute gift. Gina is:
-patient, consent and trauma-informed with her care
-committed to her patients and advocates for them
-believes and listens to what you are feeling (A MUST HAVE if you are seeking pelvic floor care!!!)
-great at meeting you where you’re at in your recovery/journey and never judgmental
-up-to-date on the latest in Pelvic Floor Health
-just a wonderful human being as a whole
I could go on and on about what a GEM she is.” - E. D.
